Terms & Conditions

This is a 16-hour session or 2-day VIP Service. Due to different time zones, it might happen that the 8 hours do not fall within your normal working hours. We will continue with the work that we can complete without your assistance and then revert back once we are both in daylight.

We require an audit to be completed before the optimization, this assists with having a clear vision of what is required. The Pre-Optimization session also assists in planning the 2 days and ensures that we are all on the same page.

We do require you to be available during these 2 days via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp should we have any questions. You do not have to be online for the full period, however, the sooner we get a response in regards to work that needs to be completed, the sooner we can tick that item off of the to-do list.

It is important to note that we can not guarantee a deliverable at the end of the 2 days as there are many variables to the optimization. Things to take into consideration are:

• The number of videos that need to be transcribed
• The length of the videos that need to be transcribed
• Editing of documents to make them screenreader-friendly
• The number of images that require descriptive text
• Additional graphics or documents that need to be created or formatted
• Coming up with appropriate button text
• Adding additional code if needed
• and much more

We will do our best to complete as many of the tasks in your audit report as possible. Any tasks that are not completed can be booked in at a later date should you require us to finalize them.

If your optimization takes less than the planned 2 days, the hours that we have not used can be transferred to your next optimization session for a different course. You will receive Fairy Credits that you can use at a later date.

Lastly, we promise to keep your course information safe and secure and will not share, duplicate, or download any information for personal gain or to redistribute.
